Interior Design

Our interior work emerges from an understanding of each project's specific circumstances—cultural, historical, and material. We work closely with clients to define spaces that balance programmatic necessity with possibility.

We pursue architecture's capacity to be both robust and adaptable. Our interiors celebrate the inherent qualities of materials through considered palettes of colour and texture, creating spaces that accommodate contemplation alongside daily life. Natural materials are specified for their surface character, embodied energy, and contribution to interior air quality.

Our scope encompasses concept and technical design: built-in joinery, bespoke furniture, fabrics, materials, and lighting. We develop these elements as integral to the spatial whole rather than applied decoration.

Much of our work engages London's period architecture—listed buildings and properties within conservation areas. We approach heritage fabric not as constraint but as productive context, finding generative relationships between existing conditions and contemporary intervention.

Recent projects include a new-build house in Barnet articulated through reclaimed elm and terracotta tiles, and the fit-out of a victorian beach house in Cornwall exposing the structural intervention and reclaimed period furniture.
